Free Delivery

Eligible orders over $99 will receive free standard delivery.

Damaged Goods

Our policy regarding damaged goods requires that any issues be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the goods via email or telephone. Failure to do so will result in our inability to accept liability for any damages incurred.

Returns and Refunds

Limited Availability and Expanding Selection

As our online business is still in its early stages and time is limited, we initially selected only a portion of our products to sell online. The variety and quantity of products online are not as extensive as those in our physical shops. Our physical shops offer over tens of thousands of products to choose from, so if you have more needs, please visit our physical shops. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all products from our physical shops are available for purchase online at this time. We are working hard to regularly enrich the variety and quantity of products available online until we cover all of our products.

Stock on the website

We fulfill online orders from our physical shops, but since it's a live store, we cannot guarantee that the inventory displayed online is entirely accurate or that the inventory will remain unchanged during the time between when you place the order and when we pick the items.

Out of stock and Substitutes

Sometimes, certain items on our website become unavailable and go out of stock due to the large number of products we have online. In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will replace it with a similar item, if possible. However, if there are no available substitutes for the out-of-stock item, we will refund you for that item and ship the rest of your order. Please note that by placing an online order with Star Value, you agree to these terms and conditions.
