Shipping policy

At our online shop, we understand how important it is for you to receive your goods in a timely manner, and we make every effort to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Our warehouse is operational from Monday to Friday, and we use this time to collect and pack orders so that you can receive them as soon as possible. Please note that we do not process and send out postages on weekends.

Once you have placed your order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing or for it to be ready for pick up. During peak periods, processing times may be longer.

Please note that we experience peak periods throughout the year, such as Christmas (October to December), Valentine's Day (Late January to February), Easter, and Mother's Day. During these peak periods, our standard processing time of 1-2 business days may be extended.

Shipping Options

We offer shipping and delivery services using Australia Post. We ship orders from our warehouse located in New South Wales to all states except Tasmania. For orders to Tasmania, if the items are in stock, they will be fulfilled by a local warehouse in Tasmania. Otherwise, they will be shipped from New South Wales.

Here are the details you need to know:

  • Standard Post:

We offer standard shipping across Australia using Australia Post. Standard Post typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery within New South Wales and 3-6 business days for interstate orders. The shipping fee is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping address.

  • Express Post:

If you need your order delivered faster, we also offer express shipping via Australia Post. Express Post usually takes 1-2 business days for delivery. The shipping fee is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping address. 

Please be advised that we are unable to offer Express Post for any flammable products such as aerosols or sparklers.

Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your order on the Australia Post website.

If you are not available to receive your order when it is delivered, Australia Post will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your order from your local post office.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post. However, if you have any issues with your delivery, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.

Signing for Deliveries

To ensure the quality of our delivery services, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a notice will be left to arrange alternate delivery or pickup arrangements. However, if you wish to have your parcel left without a signature, you may nominate a designated area. Once the shipment has left our premises and is deemed delivered as per your instructions, Star Value is no longer responsible for the package.

Faulty Items

If the item you received is faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Please have your invoice details ready and provide information on what is faulty. We will happily replace the item once the fault has been confirmed.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received an incorrect item or your entire order has not been delivered, please notify us immediately by email or phone at 1300 011 027.
