Refund policy
At Star Value, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. We understand that you may not always be satisfied with your purchase and we want to make sure that you are completely happy with your shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase. We will work with you to find a resolution that may include an exchange, credit note, or refund.

Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

The items being returned must be in their original, unopened condition and suitable for resale.

The items' original packaging must be intact and all accompanying tags, labels, and swing tags must still be attached.

You must have a valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice, available at the time of the return.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, rest assured that all of our products are guaranteed to be of acceptable quality under the Australian Consumer Law. Additionally, selected products come with a manufacturer's guarantee. You are entitled to a replacement or refund in case of damaged or faulty goods. To process your claim, please contact our customer service team immediately by email at ask@starvalue.com.au kindly provide us with photographs of the damaged or faulty goods.
Incorrect or Missing Items
In the case of receiving an incorrect item or finding a missing item, kindly reach out to our customer service team at 1300 011 027.
Exceptions
Please be advised that custom made and personalized products or clearance items are exempted from our refund and exchange policy due to their unique nature.
Change of Mind
We offer exchanges, credit notes, or refunds provided that the goods are returned at the customer's expense and meet the returns policy criteria.
Refunds
If you are returning an item for a refund, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed after we have received the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
